We have also developed an innovative golf programme, Active Golf, where we work closely with Holywood Golf Club professional, Paul Gray. The programme involves a coordinated approach of musculoskeletal screenings and treatment at our practice, in conjunction with technical swing analysis and coaching with Paul. The programme aims to address flexibility and stability issues, as well as pain caused or made worse by inappropriate or faulty technique.
